- Website data — the URL and optional keywords you submit for analysis.
- Report data — AI-generated audit results associated with your account.
- Payment information — billing details processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store card numbers.
- Usage data — page views, feature usage, and device/browser information for analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Aivivo audit service.
- To store and display your audit reports on your dashboard.
- To process payments and manage your subscription plan.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts).
- To improve our AI models and service quality.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- OpenAI — to generate AI-powered audit responses. Your URL and keywords are sent to OpenAI's API.
- Razorpay — to process payments securely.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting and database services that operate our platform.
4. Data Retention
Your account data and audit reports are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregate, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
5. Cookies
Aivivo uses essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function correctly.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict how we process your data.

Aivivo is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Aivivo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
