1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aivivo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aivivo is an AI visibility audit tool that analyses how a website appears in AI-generated search responses (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini). The Service generates reports, recommendations, and content suggestions based on algorithmic analysis and AI-generated text.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Aivivo offers the following plans:

• Free — 1 audit total, limited report access.
• Pro ($19/month) — 10 audits per month, full reports and recommendations.
• Agency ($49/month) — unlimited audits, PDF export, client-ready deliverables.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Unused audit credits do not roll over to the next billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at support@aivivo.com for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to analyse websites you do not own or have permission to analyse.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to circumvent the credit system or plan restrictions.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

Aivivo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aivivo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., your website URL and keywords). You grant Aivivo a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Aivivo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will be accurate or complete. AI visibility scores and recommendations are based on algorithmic analysis and should be treated as guidance, not guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aivivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Aivivo in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
